Rules & Regulations
1. General Guidelines
- All participants must provide accurate and genuine information.
- IGA holds the right to verify and validate all submissions.
- Any false information may lead to disqualification.
2. Registration Rules
- Registration must be completed within the given deadline.
- Fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Registration is considered valid only after full payment & confirmation.
3. Selection & Evaluation
- Selection is based on merit, performance, and achievements.
- The jury panel’s decision is final and cannot be challenged.
- IGA ensures transparency and fairness in evaluation.
4. Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional behavior at all times.
- No misconduct, discrimination, or disrespect will be tolerated.
- Violation may result in removal from the program/event.
5. Event Participation
- Participants must follow event schedules and guidelines.
- Any delay or absence should be informed in advance.
- IGA is not responsible for personal travel or accommodation issues unless specified.
6. Media & Promotion
- IGA reserves the right to use photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Participants agree to allow social media and marketing usage.
7. Certification & Awards
- Certificates/Awards will be issued only to eligible participants.
- No duplication or misuse of certificates is allowed.
- IGA has the right to revoke awards in case of misconduct.
8. Communication Policy
- Official communication will be through WhatsApp / Email.
- Response time: within 24–48 hours.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Event changes (date/venue) may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
10. Amendments
- IGA reserves the right to update or modify rules at any time without prior notice.
